It is located in Itajaí, SC, one of the most important places for import and export in the country. The city is well known for its excellent logistics access, due to the airports nearby and the port, which is one of the most important in Brazil. Also, the facilities to the highway (BR-101) access must be considered, since it is the main highway in the country.
